Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 10 days of service delivery, as long as no significant work has been completed.

For ongoing or custom projects (like integrations, development, or setup), partial refunds of up to 50% may be granted if work has already begun—this includes approved digital proofs or reached milestones.

We do not offer refunds for completed and approved services or digital products. Clients are responsible for reviewing work at each stage to ensure satisfaction before moving forward.

Service Delivery

All services are delivered according to the agreed timeline set at the start of each project. Actual delivery times may vary depending on:

  • The size and scope of the project
  • Project complexity
  • Client responsiveness (feedback, content, approvals, etc.)

We always aim to meet deadlines and keep you updated throughout the process. However, some delays may occur due to factors outside of our control.

Cancellation Policy

You’re free to cancel an order or project before work begins or prior to approving any digital proofs.

If work has already started, cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the portion of the project completed at the time of cancellation.
